Shipping + Returns
Our current turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Please allow this amount of time for your order to be made. See below for additional shipping expectations.
Domestic Orders: All U.S. orders are shipped within 1-4 business days (not including weekends). We ship to all 50 states via USPS first class. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
International Orders: If you are outside of the U.S., we offer several shipping options via USPS. Transit times vary from 2+ weeks based on your location and the option you choose. If shipping USPS First Class International, the transit time is approx 2-3+ weeks. Customers are also responsible for all duties and taxes upon arrival, and we cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not responsible for any delays.
Rainbow Row offers FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $35. Just enter the code "SHIP35" at checkout.
We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong size or style, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will have you place a new order and send the original item(s) back for a refund. A refund will not be processed until the original item(s) are received and deemed in good condition.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t replace, return, or exchange any product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We only replace items if they are defective. If you believe you received a faulty item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
